Ravi possesses more than 15 years experience in providing audit, accounting, tax services, acquisition reviews and management advisory services to clients in various industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate. He specializes in accounting, financial consulting and tax planning for small to medium sized corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies along with the individuals who own these businesses. A significant number of Ravi’s clients are from the health care industry comprising of solo practitioners to small and midsize medical groups ranging in annual revenues up to 35 million dollars.

Ravi has been with K K M CPA’s group since 2001 and has served as a partner since 2008. His expertise lies in understanding the overall business, financial and tax aspects of the business and the individual / family and advising his clients based on all factors considered. He has tremendous experience in advanced estate planning and pension planning. Ravi has worked with several high net-worth individuals over the years and has become their trusted advisor for every key financial decision in their personal and business lives.

Ravi is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York, and a fellow member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ravi has also completed his Bachelors of Commerce and PGDBM (Business Management) from India.
